Week one you built Atlas, Content, and Ops. Week two you finish the team and make it operate like one.
Day 8 is Comms. Your inbox, your DMs, your notification pile. Comms is the highest-leverage agent for founders because it's the function that burns the most willpower. Every time you context-switch to an email, you lose 20 minutes of deep work. A Comms agent triages inbound, drafts replies in your voice, and surfaces only what needs your eyes. Start with strict boundaries. Comms drafts, you approve. Do not let it auto-send in week one of its life. Trust comes from watching it perform for 30 days, not from the config screen.
Day 9 is Comms iteration. Same discipline as Content week one. Publish its drafts, measure, refine the prompt. Inbox triage is prompt-heavy work because your "rules" for what matters are mostly implicit. Making them explicit is the whole job. By end of day your Comms agent should correctly triage 80% of inbound without intervention.
Day 10 is Research. This is your competitive intel, industry analysis, and decision-support agent. Feed it your top five competitors, your industry sources, the questions you care about. Ask it to produce a Monday morning brief every week automatically. On day 10 you run the first brief manually, grade it, and fix what's broken. This agent has the lowest day-to-day touch cost and the highest strategic impact. It pays for itself the first time it catches a competitor move you would have missed.
Day 11 is the fifth agent. Depending on your business this is either Sales or CX. If you're B2B pre-product-market-fit, it's Sales — outbound sequencing, lead scoring, pre-call briefings. If you're B2C or post-PMF, it's CX — ticket triage, FAQ handling, refund workflows. Pick the one that maps to your current bottleneck. Don't build both in week two. One agent, deep.

Day 12 is glue day. The whole point of Atlas is routing. Today you wire up the handoffs. Content drafts go to Atlas for approval before publishing. Comms exceptions route through Atlas to you. Research briefs get summarized by Atlas before they hit your inbox. Ops reports land in Atlas and get synthesized into one daily digest. By end of day you should be able to talk to Atlas and have Atlas delegate to any of the four specialists. That's the team working as a team.
Day 13 is stress test. Throw real work at every agent simultaneously. A content push, three customer tickets, five inbound emails, a competitor pricing change, a weekly ops report. Watch what breaks. Write down every failure. Fix the top three. Leave the bottom seven for next week. Perfect is the enemy of shipped.
Day 14 is the scorecard and the commitment. Tally hours saved across all five agents. Tally tasks completed. Tally exceptions that needed you. Compare to your pre-sprint baseline. If your team is saving you 15 to 25 hours a week by day 14, you ran the sprint correctly. If it's less, the common cause is scope creep — you tried to automate too much and landed nothing cleanly. Narrow next time.
The scorecard is also when you decide your ongoing rhythm. Agents need maintenance like any team. Plan one hour a week per agent for iteration. That's five hours weekly to keep the team sharp. Compare to managing five humans at 40 hours each and the leverage is obvious.
