MentorMe is not a get-rich-quick program. We do not promise, project, or guarantee any specific income outcome to any individual member, mentor, referrer, or strategic partner.

Any references to commission percentages (referral, mentor, closer, enterprise) or dollar figures (illustrative scenarios in the team-compensation tables, projections in the strategic plan) describe the program structure available through MentorMe — they do not represent guaranteed income, average member earnings, or expected results.

Individual results vary materially based on (without limitation) effort, skill, prior relationships, market conditions, time invested, the specific industry the member operates in, the member's ability to source qualified referrals, and many other factors entirely outside MentorMe's control. Most people who buy any business education product do not implement the strategies fully, and consequently do not produce comparable results. We have no way to predict your individual result.

Projections, market sizes, growth rates, and revenue targets referenced on /founding, in the strategic plan, in any pitch deck, or in any other MentorMe material are forward-looking. They are estimates derived from public industry reports as of 2026 and from internal modeling. They are not guarantees.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any year-over-year revenue, member-count, or impact targets we publish are aspirational organizational goals and should not be interpreted as expected outcomes for any individual investor, partner, or member.

Certification status, partner-level benefits, directory positioning, co-selling motions, dedicated solutions-engineer support, and any other partner-program features are administered by Anthropic and subject to Anthropic's program terms, which Anthropic may modify at any time at its sole discretion.

The "MentorMe Certified AI Consultant" credential, where referenced, is a MentorMe-administered designation that signals completion of our internal training and methodology. It is not equivalent to a regulated professional license, accredited degree, or government certification.

References to Anthropic, Claude, and the Claude Partner Network describe our partnership and platform of choice. They do not constitute endorsement by Anthropic of any specific MentorMe income claim, projection, or member outcome.

14-day satisfaction guarantee. If, within fourteen (14) calendar days of your enrollment payment date, you decide MentorMe is not the right fit for your business or your life, contact us at italo@mentorme.com and we will issue a full refund of your enrollment fee. No questions, no hard feelings.

After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable. Annual renewal fees may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date by emailing italo@mentorme.com; prepaid renewal periods already in progress are not refundable on a pro-rata basis.

References to Italo Campilii's Crohn's disease, his "4-hour productive day," and the resulting business-design decisions are shared as personal founder-story background. They are not medical advice. Anyone considering significant changes to their work life for health reasons should consult a qualified medical professional.

Where we reference an existing or prospective member by industry, role, or background (e.g., "a 26-year veteran of a large corporation"), we anonymize sufficiently to protect that individual's privacy. Their results are theirs and should not be read as representative of what any other member will achieve.

All testimonials reflect the experience of the specific person quoted at the specific time of their statement. They are not promises that any other person will achieve similar results.

Where we describe a compensation structure (e.g., "25% lifetime referral commission on enrollments you refer"), we are describing the percentage available under the program. Whether and how much any individual member earns under that structure depends entirely on that member's actions and outcomes. The program structure is not, by itself, a representation of expected income.

MentorMe does not require any member to refer, deliver, close, or recruit anyone in order to receive the core deliverables of their enrolled program.
