A Letter to You.

I need you to understand something about me before we go any further, because it's the reason MentorMe exists.

I have Crohn's disease. I've had it for over 21 years. If you don't know what that is — it's a chronic autoimmune condition that attacks your digestive system. It's invisible from the outside. On the inside, it's war.

On my best days, I have about 6 hours of productive energy before the pain becomes too intense to work. On my worst days? Four. Sometimes less.

During the pandemic, my flare-ups hit a level I'd never experienced. Hospitalizations. Days I couldn't stand up. Weeks where I watched my business crumble because my body wouldn't cooperate with my ambition.

I don't tell you this for sympathy. I tell you because it forced me to solve a problem most people don't confront until they're burned out or broken: How do you build a life-changing business when your body only gives you 4 hours a day?

The answer isn't hustle. The answer isn't grinding harder. The answer is systems so intelligent, so automated, so leveraged that those 4 hours produce what used to take 14.

I spent years searching for that answer. And I finally found it.

You've probably heard of Tim Ferriss's book. The idea that you could automate your life and work four hours a week sounded beautiful — and for most of us, completely impossible.

Because the 4-hour workweek requires systems. Delegation. Automation. A level of organization that physically does not exist in my ADHD, neurodivergent mind. I can't hold 47 processes in my head. I can't follow a rigid system that requires me to be somewhere, doing something specific, at a specific time, for 8 hours straight.

My brain doesn't work that way. Maybe yours doesn't either.

But here's what changed in 2026: AI doesn't have ADHD. AI doesn't get tired at 2 PM. AI doesn't forget the follow-up email. AI doesn't lose the contract in a folder. AI doesn't call in sick.

For the first time in human history, the 4-hour workweek isn't a philosophy — it's an architecture. And I can build it for you. Because I built it for myself first. Out of necessity. Out of pain. Out of the simple, non-negotiable reality that my body wouldn't give me more hours. So I had to make the hours I had count for ten.

A few years ago, a close friend — someone I deeply cared about — asked me to help him build a SaaS platform for real estate investors. His partnership was working toward what would have been THE billion-dollar app idea. This wasn't a side project. This was legacy. Generational opportunity. Everything on the line.

We invested 6 months of our lives. Grinding. Building with very little resources. Scraping together every hour we had between my health limitations and his operational demands. We made the deadline.

But it wasn't fast enough.

The platform that took us 6 months to build could be built in 6 hours today. And if you know exactly what you're doing? I'd say you can have the entire framework architected in 10–15 minutes and go live in under an hour. I am underrating the level of unprecedented speed we are working with today.

Instead, I watched my friend lose a major portion of his partnership on what would have been THE billion-dollar app idea. As I write this, I think of him — and it still hits me. I miss you, brother.

The tools didn't exist then. They do now. Speed + systems + the right tools = survival. I won't let that happen again. Not to me. Not to you.
